Appetite for Change: New Mothers, West Broadway Farmers Market, and more…

This series hit home for me. Breaking Bread is located on the North side of Minneapolis, right in the heart of West Broadway. As an adolescent, I took ballet lessons at Les Jolies Petites School Dance and worshipped at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church. I attended grade school at Sojourner Truth Academy- where I found my passion for the arts, including photography and videography.

During this 2-month series, I had to privilege to collaborate with Appetite for Change Famers Market where I captured some of the most authentic and candid photos I have ever taken. I met some incredible people, ranging from families, entrepreneurs, locals, and carefree children.
